We take pleasure in introducing ourselves as ALUPAC-INDIA a leading Manufacturer Exporter of Aluminium Pilfer Proof Caps for sealing bottles in central India situated at Centrally located city Indore. We are serving the Indian Market with confidence for the last eight years. Our customer centric approach to the business enabled us to expand our operation and our client base.

We are suppling our caps to some leading Distilleries, Pharmaceuticals & Cosmetics Companies in all over India and have a production capacity of 10 million caps per month.
We have an up-to date R&D Department to maintain the International Standards. From time to time, we develop new innovated products. Our plant has multi operational systems to have craftsmanship in our product like Side Chamfering, Printed RO PP Caps, RO Caps with Poly Vinyl Chloride lining, Top Embossing. Our Quality Control Deptt. measures digital checking systems at every stage to comply with specifications and uses digital electronic equipments, i.e., electronic Vernier Caliper, electronic Micrometer, electronic Torque tester, pressure sealing machine, electronic counters & conveyers.

We have team of technically trained staff, committed to quality, manufacture items conforming to International Quality specifications. Quality control lab. equipped with vacuum testing facilities, is involved in regular R & D operations . During the manufacturing process items undergo variety of quality checks with latest online machines for assurance of quality & quantity. All production inputs under go rigorous quality checks before being used. We are also installing a Torque Tester to check the opening force required for the Caps, which will make our Quality control lab at par with the world standards.
We have recently introduced INJURY FREE Closures, which are not only safe to use but a necessity in the Export market. We can also provide Acitone proof Closures or any other specific requirements you may have
